The client requested land preparation, per the specifications provided by the civil engineer. Once this was completed, our team installed stormwater management, utilities systems, and fine grade.

Since this property is off Woodruff Road, a constant flow of traffic made it difficult for some of our larger equipment to access the site. This meant we needed to carefully plan our equipment deliveries and work flow.
