The client requested a complete build that perfectly followed the specifications of the franchise instructions.

All mechanical construction was needed, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. They needed a complete build of the office and kid’s area. They also asked for storefront construction, glass installation, flooring installation, and FRP and paint.

The timing of this project was a challenge, due to how quickly everything needed to be completed. Our team was under a tight deadline and we managed to complete the project within the requested time constraints.
