Anderson Business Park
Our team built a spec Flex Park to meet the business needs of Upstate SC. There are limited industrial flex spaces currently available, so we saw the need in the market and decided to develop accordingly.
This project required us to perform clearing, grubbing, grading, utilities/infrastructure, and metal building construction.
To get this project started, our team needed to gain permitting through the local municipality (Anderson County). There were also water infrastructure challenges to overcome with the Sandy Springs Water District.
