For this project, the client requested a commercial upfit from an old restaurant to a new butcher shop. They needed us to demo existing walls and flooring, as well as upfit the building to new requirements.
Our team demoed and installed new flooring, HVAC units, plumbing (sinks, fixtures, etc), electrical, drop-ceilings, and walls/doors.
Permitting with the city was tough at times, and there were many changes with the customers’ specifications during the project. Our team had to work with multiple engineers and architects to create a design that lined up with the customers’ needs.
