For this project, the client requested a new company headquarters (~7225 SF), as well as a spec building (~2500 SF).
As for construction, our team performed all clearing, grubbing, grading, utilities/infrastructure, metal building erection, and underground detention/retention system installation.
Several aspects of this project presented unique challenges that our team was able to overcome. These challenges included a utility easement (AT&T) and underground detention/retention system. The customer requested this system to maximize the impervious area, due to limited property acreage. The goal was to build a second/spec building for revenue generation. This required us to lean on talented engineer expertise to make sure the system was designed appropriately.
